£24,829 per year (pro rata)
Full UK License with access to your own vehicle is essential

What You ll Be Doing:
Every day s different, but your role could include:
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, dementia and behaviours that challenge to live independently
- Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
- Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
- Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
- Making each day meaningful and having fun while you do it!
We have a variety of services across Chertsey, from supported living homes to self-contained flats and outreach work. We ll chat with you to find the best fit.
