Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Contract Type: Full-time Term Time
Salary: £90 £120 per day
About the Role:
A secondary school in Wolverton (MK12) is seeking a HLTA to support across a range of subjects. You will work with pupils in small groups, deliver interventions, and step in to cover classes where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver intervention groups to boost progress in English and Maths
- Support students with SEN across mainstream lessons
- Cover teacher absences with pre-set work
- Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or proven TA/cover experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident managing classrooms
- Flexible and adaptable to different subjects
