Blue Arrow is recruiting on behalf of a leading independent retailer specialising in premium garden rooms, hot tubs, saunas, and wellness products. We're looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with a passion for outdoor living and home improvement to join their growing team.
As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the brand at one of their flagship sites, guiding customers through beautifully constructed garden buildings and outdoor displays. You'll help clients design inspiring spaces for work, relaxation, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of premium outdoor products including garden rooms, hot tubs, saunas, and decking
Offer layout advice and practical recommendations
Build strong customer relationships through expert product knowledge and a consultative approach

What We're Looking For
Sales experience is ideal, but full product training is given
Self-motivating individual who thrives on delivering the best customer service while achieving their set goals
Ability to work within a team to help achieve sales targets
Excellent time management
A good understanding of Microsoft Office
