Job Title: Operations Manager - Financial Planning

Location: Norwich

Salary: Up to £50,000

A highly regarded, Chartered financial planning firm is seeking a Operations Manager to lead its client support teams and drive operational excellence.

The Role:

You'll manage administration, paraplanning, and front-of-house teams, ensuring efficient operations and outstanding client service. You'll also play a key role in process improvement, compliance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop support teams
  • Manage workflows and office systems (e.g., Intelligent Office)
  • Ensure timely client deliverables
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders and contribute to firm-wide projects
