Disrepair Surveyor

Our client is currently recruiting for a Disrepair Surveyor to join their team on an initial 6 month basis.

The role will entail carrying out disrepair surveys and writing full reports on the findings to present to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will ideally have;

• Substantial experience of repairs and maintenance service delivery, sustainability / construction and contract administration at a senior level
• Proven working knowledge of the Housing Disrepair protocol
• A Strong understanding of landlord/tenant matters, leaseholder consultation requirements and contract dispute and resolution
• Excellent communication skills - from writing reports to answering any queries

We are ideally looking for someone with a construction degree, in either CIOB or RICS.
