About the Role:Dudley Council is seeking an experienced Children's Safeguarding Social Worker to join their dynamic team, supporting children and families across the borough. This role offers a hybrid working model, providing flexibility while ensuring strong team collaboration.
You will be responsible for supporting children with Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), or Children in Care (CiC) plans, including teenagers who are on the edge of care or at risk of exploitation. Caseloads typically range from 18-25 children, allowing for meaningful, impactful practice.
