AIR EXPORT CLERK SPECIALS ACCOUNTS

We are currently seeking an experienced Air Export Operator to join a well-established and respected freight forwarder, working on specialist accounts with a focus on time-critical and sensitive shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing air export shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations throughout the process
• Handling Dangerous Goods (DGs) and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments with accuracy and urgency
• Preparing and cutting airway bills and export documentation
• UsingCargoWise (CDS) - experience essential
• Liaising with airlines, handling agents, and customers to provide excellent service

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in air export freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of DGs, AOGs, and air export processes
• Proficient in CargoWise (CDS)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
