Location: Hybrid Devizes
Salary: £31,323 Pro rata x 6 months

We re looking for a proactive Resource & Scheduling Co-ordinator to keep the Maintenance teams running like clockwork. From scheduling and planning to problem-solving and customer support, you ll play a vital role in making sure that the homes are safe, compliant and well looked after.

What you ll do:

• Own and manage daily scheduling across operational teams.
• Keep everything on track from planned works to urgent response jobs.
• Build great relationships with colleagues, customers and contractors.
• Solve problems on the spot to keep things moving.
• Support with compliance, records and Health & Safety.

What we re looking for:

• Strong organisation and planning skills.
• Confident with Microsoft Office and digital scheduling/CRM systems.
• Clear communicator who thrives in a busy environment.
• Customer-focused with a knack for problem solving.
