We re supporting a successful and long-established security systems specialist in their search for a BIM Coordinator.

Candidate Requirements:
- Residing in the UK
- Holds a degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a Design related discipline.
- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, Revit Technician or similar role, particularly in the security systems or M&E sectors (electrical bias).
- Strong proficiency in Revit and related tools, including Navisworks; experienced in clash detection processes.
- Revit-based modelling experience.
- Track record of leading the development, review, and implementation of BIM.
- Execution Plans Oversees quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes for assigned projects.
- Strong organisational and communication capabilities.
- Capable of handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
- Self-driven with the ability to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
- Effective both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented in daily tasks.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external project teams.
- Adept at fostering strong professional relationships across all organisational levels.
