Position: BIM Coordinator (Revit)
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional site visits
Company: Security Systems Specialist

We re supporting a successful and long-established security systems specialist in their search for a BIM Coordinator.

  • They focus on enterprise-level security systems and mission-critical infrastructure design solutions for blue-chip clients.

  • This position is primarily remote with some site visits (initially London, with accommodation and expenses paid if required).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Residing in the UK
  • Holds a degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a Design related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, Revit Technician or similar role, particularly in the security systems or M&E sectors (electrical bias).
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and related tools, including Navisworks; experienced in clash detection processes.
  • Revit-based modelling experience.
  • Track record of leading the development, review, and implementation of BIM.
  • Execution Plans Oversees quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes for assigned projects.
  • Strong organisational and communication capabilities.
  • Capable of handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-driven with the ability to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
  • Effective both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented in daily tasks.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external project teams.
  • Adept at fostering strong professional relationships across all organisational levels.
