There are various administration opportunities available within the team due to a recent acquisition and office expansion. Please note: Progression is available to Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner and to Adviser if you so wish. However, this is not a prerequisite to be considered and the business is very happy to have long term administrators. Overview of the role is detailed below: Client correspondence, written and verbal. Processing new business. Preparation of client review packs. Arranging client meetings and managing the Adviser s diary. Illustration requests. Ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with internal procedures. Maintain client records on the company software and ensure the client files are well presented, accurate and compliant. Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate.
