As Head of Supported Housing, you ll take on a national role leading operational performance, safeguarding, and stakeholder engagement. You ll drive the mobilisation and growth of Supported Exempt Rent services, embedding trauma-informed approaches into delivery and shaping solutions that prevent homelessness and improve lives.

You ll be an experienced leader from the supported housing or homelessness sector, with a proven track record of managing large, complex services. Confident in housing law, safeguarding, and benefits systems, you ll bring a collaborative, solution-focused leadership style and a genuine passion for creating better outcomes for people facing homelessness and multiple disadvantage.
