TeamJobs are urgently hiring a Production Operative to lead a small team of operators for our busy manufacturing client in Poole!
Evening shift: Sunday to Thursday, 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm
15 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and assemble products
- Perform manual tasks including moving goods and cleaning equipment
- Rewind, label, and package products
- Mix and blend raw materials
- Support machine setup and inspect product quality
- Organise goods in storage and dispatch areas
- Use materials and equipment efficiently
- Maintain product quality and complete production records
- Carry out basic equipment maintenance
- Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with extruders
- Forklift licence would be advantageous
