Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + uncapped commission/bonus

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in B2B sales and account management, ideally from a technical or design-led background. You'll be adept at spotting new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing a portfolio of existing clients.
This isn't a cold-start role; you'll be joining a business with a strong brand, excellent reputation, and a healthy pipeline of confirmed projects and quotes. While account management and relationship building are key, you'll also need the drive to seek out new clients and opportunities to grow the business.
