Injection Moulding Setter

Due to continued growth, a successful manufacturer of plastic parts and products is actively seeking an experienced plastic injection moulding Setter to join their team.

With over 50 years tenure and a global presence, this site has circa 50 moulding machines, offering a world class manufacturing service. The primary objective of this role will be to carry out competent and efficient mould changes and to maximize OEE by improving uptime, quality and cycle efficiencies.

Up to 35,000, Monday - Friday

As an Injection Moulding Setter, your duties will include:

• Daily running of moulding machines, tool changing and setting, ensuring all jobs are completed on time and to spec.
• Utilising the monitoring system.
• Optimising processes, focusing on improving cycle times and reducing scrap.
• Trouble shooting moulding and process issues.

To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter, the ideal candidate will:

• Be an experienced plastic injection moulding Setter or Technician.
• Have the ability to diagnose and correct process issues promptly.
• Possess good knowledge of moulding machines and materials.
