We are well established in the social housing sector and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

Gilmartins are looking to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader with additional trades such as Glazing, Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling. The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.

The job requires work and travel across the Greenwich area of London.

We are looking for someone who lives locally and is prepared to travel.

Experienced Carpenter Multi Trader:

The role is to -

• Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
• Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements for Job:

• Full driving license
• Own tools
• Time served or qualifications
• Experience of working in social housing
• DBS certificate (no more than 3 years ago)

Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with one Saturday in four required.
