Job Description
I am assisting my client in the Hampshire looking to recruit for a Stock Condition Surveyor with a focus on housing stock and EPCs.
The best candidates will have experience in Social Housing and working within the Public Sector to assess the condition of housing stock.
Role
Carry out stock surveys
Undertake Domestic Energy Assessments
Surveys will be across Housing and Public Parks
Requirements
HND/HNC
Relevant Recent Experience
Retrofit Coordinator Course qualification if possible
Package
3-6 month contract
Negotiable rate DOE
Mostly on site
