Salary: Starting at 45,000 for NQ + Annual Bonus

An employee-owned, modern-thinking law firm in Warwick is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing real estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with secured lending experience (gained during a training seat or post-qualification) who wants to develop within a supportive, commercial, and collaborative environment.

• Advising clients on a broad range of commercial property matters, particularly secured lending

• Acting for lenders, investors, developers, and owner-occupiers

• Handling landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, and disposals

• Supporting senior lawyers with complex transactions

• Managing your own caseload under supervision, with the opportunity to grow it over time

• NQ-3 PQE solicitor with experience in secured lending (from training or post-qualification)

• A genuine interest in commercial property and the desire to progress in this field

• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
