The Role:

As a Dialogflow CX Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced conversational AI solutions. You will work within a dynamic team to create intelligent, user-centric AI agents and virtual assistants that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing complex conversational flows using Dialogflow CX.
  • Integrating AI agents with various backend systems and APIs (potentially utilising Apigee).
  • Leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to build robust and scalable AI solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product owners, UX designers, and other engineers, to bring conversational AI solutions to life.
  • Applying best practices in Conversational AI architecture and development, including aspects of Google Contact Center AI (CCAI).
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of Generative AI (GenAI) agents within the client's ecosystem.

We are specifically seeking candidates with deep, proven expertise in Dialogflow CX.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive hands-on experience as a Dialogflow CX Engineer. This is the core requirement.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services relevant to Conversational AI.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and integrating AI agents and virtual assistants.
  • A solid understanding of Conversational AI principles, best practices, and architectural patterns.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
