Skip/RORO Driver

We are looking for an experienced Skip/RORO driver to work within the East Sussex and Kent areas for our various clients.

MAIN DUTIES

To undertake the safe, secure and efficient movement of materials and equipment required for the business
Performing deliveries and collections to and from the customer sites, and other locations as required
Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times to customers, the general public and other road users
Check equipment is loaded/unloaded in a safe manner
Ensure that the total payload does not exceed vehicle weight limited
Use approved methods to secure the load of the vehicle
Check paperwork to that delivery/collection loads are correct
Ensure that all equipment on the vehicle is accounted for
Visually inspect equipment being loaded and unloaded

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Must have skip experience
RoRo experience preferable
Holds a full driving licence valid in the UK, with no more than 6 points on Licence
Holds a HGV Driving Licence
Holds a CPC Licence
Holds a Digi Taco Card
Able to carry out manual handling tasks
