Mechanical Services Engineer ready to take the lead on projects that make a real difference in communities?
We're looking for a talented professional to join our Property & Infrastructure team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, sustainable building services across a diverse portfolio - from schools and community centres to housing and corporate buildings.
What you'll be doing - Leading mechanical services design from concept through to completion
- Delivering innovative HVAC and public health systems that meet the highest technical, environmental, and sustainability standards
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to bring designs to life
- Preparing feasibility studies, design reports, and tender documentation
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations, best practice, and internal standards
About you - Proven experience delivering and managing mechanical building services projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and public health systems design
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit)
- Solid understanding of Building Regulations, including Part L1 and L2
- Excellent project management, organisational, and communication skills
- Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent experience
