The Role

As a Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, fault-finding, and upgrading a range of fire and security systems across commercial, public sector, and prestigious client sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Servicing & Maintenance - Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Emergency Lighting and related systems
• Fault Finding & Repairs - delivering first-time fixes wherever possible
• System Upgrades - supporting compliance and improvements across client systems
• Technical Support - advising colleagues and clients on industry standards and compliance
• Paperwork & Reporting - ensuring detailed and accurate service/maintenance records are kept
• Compliance - ensuring all work meets NSI and British Standards

This is a field-based role with variety, responsibility, and plenty of opportunity to grow.

About You

• Proven background in servicing and maintaining Fire & Security systems
• Competent in fault finding and repairs across a range of systems (Fire, Intruder, CCTV, Access Control, Emergency Lighting)
• Strong electrical and technical aptitude
• Knowledge of relevant British Standards and NSI requirements
• IP networking experience (desirable)
• Team player with strong communication skills
