Salary c£40,000 (flexible for the right candidate to £50,000) + 10% bonus & 6k Car allowance
My client is proud to announce that they have won a national field marketing contract with a leading global brand, home to some of the world s most loved food brands. They are now searching for an experienced account lead to take ownership of this new client partnership and build a brand new high performing team from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a prestigious account from day one, following a transition from the great work from the previous agency. My client will be recruiting an entirely fresh field team giving you opportunity to the shape performance standards from the start.
About the role
As Customer Success Manager, you will lead the strategic, commercial, and operational delivery of the account. This role goes beyond client management, it s about shaping executional excellence, driving value, and enabling one of the world s most iconic FMCG portfolios to shine in store.

This is a home-based role with national travel as needed. You must have a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. Regular travel to the client s West London office will be required, you can be based anywhere in England as long as you are happy to make this commute when required.
