Damp and Mould Surveyor

I would love to see CVs for a Damp and Mould Surveyor to join a well-established housing association based in Portishead, just west of Bristol. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the social housing sector and be confident managing a varied portfolio of projects related to damp, mould, and disrepair.

Key responsibilities of the Damp and Mould Surveyor role:

• Work closely with the Home Repairs Service team to deliver a full range of building surveying services and project support
• Manage your own portfolio, including scoping and overseeing day-to-day works
• Handle HHSRS cases and complex projects from inception to completion
• Produce detailed reports and specifications, including those supporting Section 20 notices, damp & mould cases, and disrepair claims

Damp and Mould Surveyor requirements:

• HHSRS qualification
• HNC or HND in a relevant field
• Proven experience within the social housing sector
