Commercial Manager - Defence Programmes
Bristol with regular travel to Middle Wallop
£66 per hour DoE (Inside IR35)
Contract until March 2026 (possible extension)
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to support a major UK defence aviation programme. The role focuses on the Apache Long Term Training and Support Service (LTTSS) and may also involve Chinook contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day contract management and interpretation of terms
- Leading change requests, proposals and contract negotiations
- Monitoring KPIs, incentives and remedies
- Providing commercial advice to the programme team
- Building strong relationships with MoD customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven commercial and contract management experience
- Knowledge of cost-plus contracts and MoD processes desirable
- Defence/aerospace or rotary wing experience an advantage
- Able to manage a varied workload with independence
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Active SC clearance preferred
- Eligible candidates (BPSS to start) may also be considered
- UK Citizenship required
