? Job Title: Social Worker Advanced - Children Team Location: Hull Centre Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours/week Pay: Up to £37.00 per hour (umbrella)

Join our dedicated Children's Team at Hull Centre as an Advanced Social Worker! You will carry a complex caseload including Child Protection (CP) and court work. This role requires strong case management skills and the ability to support less experienced team members in their development.

• Manage and carry complex cases involving child protection and court proceedings

• Provide guidance and support to less experienced social workers

• Prepare and present cases effectively for court

• Ensure high-quality assessments, care planning, and timely visits

• ? Work closely with children, families, and multi-agency partners to safeguard children's welfare

• Use your expertise to influence practice and outcomes within the team

• Experience managing complex child protection cases and court work

• Ability to mentor and support less experienced colleagues

• Strong knowledge of child welfare legislation and safeguarding practice

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, timely social work interventions
