? Job Title: Senior Practitioner / Social Worker Location: Stafford Town Centre Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (37 hours/week) Pay: Up to £24.38 per hour (umbrella)

Join the Stafford Duty and Assessment Team, a close-knit group of 7 skilled social workers working together to support our community. Convenient parking is available in Stafford Town Centre.

• ? Conduct initial visits and comprehensive assessments

• Engage in direct work with service users

• Manage a varied caseload efficiently

• ? Contribute to supervisory or practice development roles (for Senior Practitioner level)

• Support team learning and development where applicable
