Children Social Worker

? Job Title: Senior Social Worker - Senior Children Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours/week Pay: Up to £25.00 per hour (umbrella)

We are seeking a skilled Senior Social Worker to join our team supporting children and families in North Lincolnshire. This full-time role offers some hybrid working flexibility, but you must be able to travel daily to North Lincolnshire based on case and duty needs.

• Work with children in need, child protection cases, and court proceedings

• ? Manage complex caseloads effectively and efficiently

• Safeguard vulnerable children and promote their welfare

• Travel regularly within North Lincolnshire to meet case requirements

• Collaborate with multi-agency teams to provide holistic support

• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and assessments

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant recent experience

• Strong background in child protection, children in need, and court work

• Ability to manage complex cases with professionalism and care

• Flexibility to travel and work both remotely and on-site as needed
