Head of Payroll

Portfolio Payroll is so excited to be working alongside our fabulous client based in central Manchester area to recruit an experienced "Head of Payroll". Our client is looking for an experienced Head of who can really develop this function and provide a first class service to their current client base and support the future growth and development of revenue stream. This is a fantastic strategic position and opportunity to really drive continuous improvement, lead on projects and develop and grown the payroll team.

Some of the duties include;

• Leadership of large payroll service
• Ensuring the delivery of accurate and efficient client payroll
• Driving a policy of continuous improvement
• Leading on key strategic partnerships & projects
• Taking a commercial focus and eye across the business
