Clinical Deputy Manager:

Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements:
- Adult Nurse or RGN with NMC pin and clinical expertise.
- Focused on continuous development.
- Experience managing staff and standards.
- Skilled in dementia or end-of-life care.
- Proficient in care planning systems (ideally PCS).
