Continuous Improvement Engineer
Salary: £40,000 £50,000 + Annual Bonus
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Hours: 38 hours/week (25 hours fixed: 9:30 3:30, remainder flexible)

Role Purpose:
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, leading, and implementing process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in line with ISO-certified systems.
