An award-winning, reputable care provider require a talented Regional Support Manager to ensure their new care homes in the Norfolk area, open successfully and achieve strong occupancy levels quickly.

As Regional Support Manager you will oversee the full operational setup, ensuring the homes and services meet all regulatory requirements, are fully staffed and deliver exceptional care from the outset.

You will manage, evaluate and develop all aspects of the services within your remit, ensuring the care delivered is of the highest standards and quality.

Candidates for this Regional Support Manager should meet the following criteria:

  • NMC registered nurse - desirable
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership & management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Demonstrate experience managing operations in care home or similar healthcare environments
