• Rate: £400 - £600 p/d inside IR35
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 8 months +
• Location: Hybrid working, 1 day based in Warwick office

Our client is a leading technology company and specialist in the design, build and maintenance of the UK s digital infrastructure.

They currently require a Senior Finance Analyst to join their business on a contract basis

Responsibilities

• Out of pocket expense management, including
  • Management of 2 team members
  • Processing all journals associated with expenses
  • Monitoring issues, control environment, policy changes as required
• Assist with the maintenance of ERP system, ensuring appropriate use (reviewing account code usage, analysis of various codes, report usage consistency), opening ledgers, liaison with IT.
• Assist with monthly accounts including (but not limited to):
  • Posting central journals (expenses, holiday pay accrual, hedging)
  • Small sub-group consolidation (two entities)
  • Analysing key accounts as required (Provisions, expense control accounts)
  • Ownership of Fixed Assets (processed completed by team)
• Assist with financial review & governance for new suppliers, customers and input of statutory financial information into bids
• Assist with the production of the year end accounts
• Provide technical accounting support to the Group s management accounting teams as required.
• Assisting with companywide integration project as required

Qualifications/Experience

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA fully qualified
• Relevant on the job experience in a similar financial role.
• Use of Oracle, SAP or other large ERP system
• Good working knowledge of Excel
