Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior care role

• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and safeguarding

• Proven ability to lead, develop, and support staff teams

• Confident in managing budgets and ensuring high service standards

• Level 5 Diploma in Social Care
