Science Teacher
Location: Sevenoaks
Contract: Temporary (with potential for long-term opportunities)
Start date: Flexible
Pay: 130 to 200 per day (dependent upon experience, training, qualifications)
At Term Time Teachers we are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable science teacher to teach within a fantastic school in Sevenoaks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Science lessons to secondary school students, whilst supporting academic success and students' knowledge.
The Role:
- Teaching science to secondary school students
- Creating and delivering engaging, curriculum led lessons
- Supporting students' academic progress and creating a love of History
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching science in UK secondary schools
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Hold the right to work in the UK
