MEP Revit Coordinator - London (Hybrid)

A leading, fast-growing consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Coordinator to join their expanding team in London. With offices across the UK, including Birmingham and Belfast, this firm has quickly established itself as one of the top rising consultancies in the capital, delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, residential, and data centre sectors.
The role sits within their newly established internal BIM team, which is set for significant growth, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to help shape and develop the team's capabilities.
Location & Working Pattern:
This position is based in the London office, near Liverpool Street, with a hybrid arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate MEP models within Revit across a variety of complex projects.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure the highest BIM standards are maintained.
- Support the development and implementation of BIM processes within the growing internal team.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff where necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' UK experience working as a Revit Coordinator in the MEP sector.
- Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM processes within building services.
- Experience working on projects within commercial, residential, or data centres preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Must have the right to work freely in the UK.
