An exceptional opportunity for a creative, leadership focussed Food and Beverage Manager. Overseeing multiple on-site venues to include a 150 cover restaurant, pub service, room service and event catering.

Overseeing a team of up to 14 staff you will be an effective leader with business acumen.

Core duties as follows;

• Develop key operational procedures
• Train and develop your team
• Staff scheduling
• Contribution to both bar and restaurant menu content
• Control costs in line with budgetary
• Maximise revenue opportunities.
• Monitor and supervise team providing training and encouragement.

People

• Maintain good working relationships
• Complete all mandatory training on time.
• Attend regular briefing sessions and meetings

Service

• Ensure our guests receive a friendly and efficient service
• Interact with guests
• Comply with brand and department operating standards
