Job Title: Paediatric Occupational Therapist - Mainstream or SEN Schools
Location: South London
Pay Rates: Band 5 - Up to 25 per hour Band 6 - Up to 34 per hour
Contract: Full time and Part time

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to work within mainstream and/or Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across South London. This is an exciting opportunity to support children's development, enabling them to participate fully in their educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide therapy to children with a variety of developmental, sensory, and physical needs

• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to children's needs

• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support children's progress

• Provide advice and training to school staff on occupational therapy strategies

• Maintain thorough records and contribute to service evaluations

Person Specification:

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist

• Experience working with paediatric populations, ideally in educational settings (mainstream and/or SEN schools)

• Knowledge of child development and occupational therapy approaches for children with diverse needs

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and manage caseloads efficiently
