Assistant Site Manager Residential

Location: Coventry
Contract: Full-time. Temp to perm

We re looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality housing developments. Working closely with the Site Manager, you ll help keep projects on track, ensure health & safety standards are met, and deliver homes our customers can be proud of.

What you ll be doing:

• Supporting day-to-day site operations

• Supervising subcontractors and trades

• Monitoring progress, quality, and safety on site

• Coordinating materials, deliveries, and logistics

• Assisting with handovers and customer care

What we re looking for:

• Experience in residential construction (housing preferred)

• Knowledge of health & safety and building standards

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS, and First Aid (advantageous)
