Sales And Marketing Assistant

Proactive Personnel Ltd are working on behalf of a client based in Burslem who are recruiting for a passionate Sales and Marketing Coordinator. This role requires good attention to detail, confidence and reliability.

The Hours: 7:00 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a early finish on Fridays.

Salary: 29-32k Dependant on experience

What you will be doing on a day to day basis:

• Preparing quotations and sales orders
• Maintaining accurate customer data
• Tracking orders and providing customers with regular updates
• Working on CRM Systems
• Bringing new ideas to the marketing team
• Support regular and new clients

What we are looking for:

• Someone who is confident on the phone talking to clients in a professional manner
• 2 years experience working in a office environment / sales role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to have difficult conversations when required
