This is a senior leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about data modelling, governance, and innovation.
As Head of Data Architecture, you will:
- Define and deliver data architecture initiatives aligned with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Champion data architecture as a strategic asset and foster a data-driven culture.
- Develop operating models, standards, and data modelling strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Lead metadata management, catalogue automation, and data access controls.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of Data Modellers.
- Monitor and report on architecture metrics and governance KPIs.
- Provide training and guidance on best practices in data architecture and modelling.
- Lead special projects and change programmes that support organisational values and objectives.
Head of Data Architecture - About You
You'll bring:
- Extensive experience in Data Architecture & Modelling,
- Experience with frameworks and tools such as TOGAF, DAMA, Kimball.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of SAP data structures
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and planning abilities
