A large Housing Association is currently looking for a number of Repairs Officers on a temporary basis for about 3 months. You will be required to work at different offices in Hammersmith and King's Cross - no working from home.
Key responsibilities are as follows
Deliver a day-to-day repair service to our residents
Focused on progressing repairs through the repairs platform.
Expected to complete 70 cases per day
Providing advice and assistance on a range of repair-related enquiries
Diagnosing repairs, making value for money assessments
Verifying completion and paying invoices
First point of contact for field staff and third-party contractors.
The role is 100% based in the office
PAYE rate is 15.98 Umbrella rate 21.13
Essential requirements
Must have experience in Housing Repairs
Excellent communicator and experience of dealing with people
Must be immediately available or on short notice
