We are looking for an experienced, MRICS or FRICS qualified Senior Valuation Surveyor / Commercial Property Manager to support our public sector property team on a contract basis.

We are looking for an experienced, MRICS or FRICS qualified Senior Valuation Surveyor / Commercial Property Manager to support our public sector property team on a contract basis.
The Role:
- Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for a varied public sector commercial property portfolio
- Provide strategic asset management advice to optimise use, value, and efficiency
- Work closely with council officers, elected members, and other stakeholders
- Prepare clear, accurate valuation and asset management reports to professional standards
Requirements:
- MRICS or FRICS qualified with substantial post-qualification experience
- Proven background in valuation surveying and/or commercial property management within the public sector
- Strong understanding of the South London property market and local authority processes
- Excellent communication, report writing, and stakeholder management skills
