About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to take charge of technical, infrastructure, and change initiatives across our production facility. You'll be steering projects from concept to completion-keeping them on track, on budget, and delivering measurable impact. Your toolkit will be sharp: project planning, cross-functional team leadership, financial management, and stakeholder engagement at every level.
What You'll Do
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Develop clear, milestone-driven plans with minimal operational disruption.
Oversee budgets, resources, and reporting to keep stakeholders in the loop.
Ensure robust governance, safety, and environmental compliance in all activities.
Promote collaboration and buy-in across departments.
What You Bring
Degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent experience).
At least 3 years' proven project management experience, ideally in a technical or aerospace environment.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
High proficiency with project management tools, ERP/MRP systems, and MS Office.
A can-do attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure.
