Some of the Individuals require less support and require more verbal prompts and may need to use different aids and adaptations. We provide 24 hours support in the home which includes waking night staff and a variety of early and late day shifts. You will provide independent engineering advice to lenders, investors, government departments and local authorities operating within the property and construction sectors. Depending on your experience, you may be tasked with providing day to day project management of Independent Certifier (IC) services on a number of projects. You will deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis in which the inputs and outputs are clear, reliable and well documented. You will be creating logical and innovative solutions to compliment the delivery of the team's work. You will ensure budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met. As a member of the team, you will provide technical expertise across the work streams covering asset surveying, independent certifier services, technical advisory and technical due diligence. The role is principally to provide technical advisory services. This will be across a variety of projects in sectors including Education and Healthcare but with a view to grow into other forms of infrastructure. A little more about your team The PPP and Property Advisory team has three main work streams: Technical Due Diligence, Technical Advisory Services and Asset Management Services. These teams are made up of multi-disciplinary professionals mainly from building surveying, QS, mechanical and electrical engineering and FM backgrounds. Together they offer many services to our clients including equity investors, debt financiers, management companies, construction companies, developers and government organisations through the identification and management of technical and commercial risk associated with the development, management and funding of infrastructure and real estate projects. Put simply we lever the global technical world-class skills of the business allied with our commercial and contractual transaction acumen to provide professional services to clients that develop, manage, finance or invest in infrastructure and real estate assets. What we will be looking for you to demonstrate BSc, BTEC, HND/HNC qualification in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar. MCIBSE, MIMechE, MIEE, MIET full professional registration or working towards. Mechanical and Electrical Surveying or Consultancy experience. PFI/PPP experience would be an advantage.
