Job Description
We are delighted to be supporting a London-based university in their search for a Temporary Admissions Officer to join their team for an initial 3-month period. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week), based on site at their campus in Central London.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to support a busy admissions team during a peak period.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Responding to enquiries from students and parents via phone and email.
- Tracking student arrivals and updating records accurately.
- Supporting admissions processes and maintaining system logs.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding and communication.
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Experience using student management or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, SITS) is desirable.
- Previous experience in admissions, student services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
