Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Export Seafreight person for a excellent Freight Forwarder based in the Colnbrook, Berkshire area.
Duties:-
- Manage end-to-end Export processes for sea freight shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Managing several Key Account to facilitate the clients Sea Freight Export Movements
- Coordinate with international suppliers, carriers, and agents to secure bookings and negotiate freight rates.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and other government agencies requirements.
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handle shipment discrepancies and resolve any issues related to customs clearance or delivery delays.
- Must be able to complete Sea Freight Entries.
- Assist with Roadfreight duties
Required Experience:-
- Experience in Seafreight Exports.
- Customs clearances
- Excellent customer service skills
