24/7 NOC Engineer - Belfast

Salary: Up to £32,000 base plus £5,000 Shift Allowance
Location: Belfast (Onsite positon)
Shift Pattern: 4 days on (7am-7pm), 4 off ? 4 days on, 4 off ? 4 nights on (7pm-7am), 4 off ? repeat

We're offering full training and support to help you grow into a skilled Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer. If you've worked shifts before and enjoy solving technical problems, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact for customer escalations
• Log and resolve faults/service requests-95% at first touch
• Work within strict SLAs to ensure timely resolutions
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Juniper, Adtran devices
• Monitor network health using SolarWinds
• Support field engineers remotely
• Liaise with third-party suppliers and engineers

What We're Looking For

• Passion for IT and networking
• Experience in shift-based roles (ideal but not essential)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Familiarity with Windows OS and basic networking concepts
• CCNA or equivalent experience (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team
• Eligible for Security Clearance
