Preferred Requirements: - Deliver exceptional customer service, handling resident inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Manage the resident move-in and move-out process, ensuring a seamless experience
- Collaborate with the Resident Services team to maintain high health and safety standards, including fire safety and water hygiene
- Assist with the financial management of the community, monitoring performance and contributing to budget control
- Represent the business with key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and promoting our brand
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the property, travel, or hospitality sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as a demonstrable commitment to implementing and escalating safety matters
