General Operative

DM Recruitment are looking for General Operatives to work in Hortonwood and Halesfield in Telford.

Pay; 12.21 to 13.01
Days; Monday to Friday (Weekends are available)
Shifts; Vary depending on the client

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the facility, including production and assembly tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Operate machinery and equipment as required, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
