Across the department, our primary goal is to deliver accurate and timely bills to customers within agreed timeframes. You'll also be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed records of all customer communications and actions taken, ensuring full compliance with our procedures.

Above all, we're looking for people who are committed to delivering excellent customer service in everything they do.
